But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. LipGloss, it can't be 180 - it's a point for every km run on that particular date: eg, 10th = 1+0 = 1 point; 11th = 1+1 = 2 points; 12th = 1+2 = 3 points, etc. So for a 30 day month the maximum score is 168 points, and for a 31 day month the maximum score is 172 points.

I haven't worked it out, but the max possible score for November will be lower. Something for me to calculate when I'm out on my 4K runtoday 😀

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
