Daughter is concerned that they'll run away and not come back but I think they're sufficiently attached to us not to do that. I don't usually like collars on cats (we tried with our last two when they first went out but they always lost them somewhere) but I'll get a couple of kitten collars so they have some identification if they do get a bit lost.

(And also get them used to an audible sound for dinner like shaking the biscuits or tapping the dish to call them back in)
