My friend sent me a twitter thread where a comedian was imagining various parallel universes with only one difference between them. One was ‘a world just like ours, but Martin Clunes is POTUS.’

I’ve camped in the garden during heatwaves, so much cooler outdoors. The neighbourhood cats and foxes and stuff gets annoying though, I gave up when next door got roosters as well though they’re long gone now. Ds2 camped in the garden last year and enjoyed it.

Online quiz on YouTube. Sis-in-law and her family play too. We FaceTime them but on mute so they can’t steal our answers. So far we’ve beaten them every time 🏆

I am of the same view as RichHL. Tents are a fantastic thing when you're in the middle of nowhere. Otherwise, nope.

I like anti-faf camping. The minute furniture, or knives and forks become involved I’d probably rather be at home

Lol. We only intruduced actual seats to our camping experience when the kids came along. I have to confess I am now of an age where being able to stand up in my tent cheers me.

Scouts are doing a virtual camp and as a Beaver Leader and parent of a cub and a scout I'm joining in. It's actually quite fun and better than the telly.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
