I 'think' you've had a puppy - as opposed to a slightly older GSD before D2? But I will remind you that they are not known as landsharks for nothing. All puppies have sharp little teeth but GSD pups are particularly, er, bitey! And some more bitey than others.

Long sleeves and trousers ahoy!

That said, Indi is totally adorable and I want to steal him.

You won't make any mistakes. :-) well, nothing that can't be put right anyway!

What a crackin' wee dog you've got there D2. I really appreciate you sharing your experience and the wisdom of the thread.

He looks just wonderful, D2. :)
Both of the GSDs we had were scaredy cats - noisy but wimpish, even when they were adults.
Is it tomorrow that your pup arrives, HP?

No we have to wait until a week Sat to collect our bundle of cute. I wanted to wait until the school holidays start and we can both be around for a while.

These are the latest photos from the breeder. I got vaccination yesterday and was a wee star. Hardly a whimper.

Aww so cute HP! :-)

Floss has had an exciting start to the day. While we were having breakfast just now when the fox cub strolled across the decking in front of the French windows. Floss practically hurled herself through the glass :-0. She is now patrolling the garden, hackles up and tail very much on alert. I hope the cub realises that a fierce dog lives here and moves into a neighbouring garden!

Gorgeous pup.

My 'sensible' adult dog is not howl/whine/growl/barking at a slug outside the window, oh no, not al all. He fully accepts my word that it is no threat to him.
