Made my gingerbread for a house. Planned to assemble it tomorrow. Went to put the cutters back in the box and realized that I hadn't made the roof!! Have run out of baking steam so will eat the gingerbread and sweets but not make the house!!

I’ve just marzipanned the Christmas cake. The icing can wait until Sunday as we certainly won’t want to cut it tomorrow!

We're having crumble tomorrow. I don't like anything with raisins/sultanas in and I also can't eat chocolate. I may make pies in the morning, mince for the others and some other fruit for me!
