4. Union canal (and Falkirk wheel, but not much of a paddle there and it's the join between the two canals)

83 miles, 40 hours, so much fun and really grateful to the paddlers here (esp @Mandymoo ) for encouraging me to get into it. For me it is just a gateway drug into sailing (! ;-) ) and I just wanted to prove to myself that I would go out on the water, different weathers, locations, by myself, with others, to teach, to play, to chill, to exercise and to explore. And I have. So I believe sailing dinghy purchase is justified! :-) G

Temp has dropped to single figures here this week. Brrr. Just bought the Zone 3 west suit gloves that Mandymoo (I think?) recommended about 2 years ago on here!
