Well done Nutso!

I love the fun events this time of year. At the weekend I was dressed as an elf, having a slow plod around a muddy woodland, chatting with my best real-life running buddies and laughing at the anguished cries of the people behind us discovering the muddiest bits. I got an excellent medal and tshirt and won some biscuits in the raffle!

A Wombling Merry Christmas (Welsh W
Thanks Stewie and Nutso - brought my self some santa leggings for my 50th as it is also our Christmas run - hopefully they don't fall apart ;-) but poor santa is going to look as if he has put a bit more weight on once they have been stretched over my legs :-o

All the best with the driving job Stewie, and Lemon - I hope there is something new around the corner for you xx

Well done Mad4Purple - I was just a bit behind you which was also a shock as my Garmin died and I had to running naked!

Got wet walking to the hospital this morning, back out later for 800m intervals!!!

As I am taking one day at a time, I have also had to apply that to my races - so my next one is http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=1125329 (Romsey 5) at the end of January - I see that Unity is signed up for this as well :-)

So parkrun was 23 seconds faster than the week before - just need to shave off 1 min 52sec for a PB lol, just going to enjoy myself and see if I can sneak a sub 40 (52 secs) - you never know, last time I aimed for sub 40 I got 39.02 :-o

Will report back after Saturday on how the Santa Leggings do ;-)
