Ernie's shorts.
he loves them. I'm going to do some shirring on the front too as they're a smidge too loose.

And some trousers I made for myself.

I want to make a howl for my mum & stepmum for Christmas. Stepmum has lost her hair due to chemo so I was thinking of something to keep her warm. Just need to find an English crochet pattern.

Wobbling i don't know how confident you are at crochet, but it would be pretty straightforward to make up the cowl part of it if you have a hat pattern that you could start with... make the hat, then using half of the stitches from the bottom of the hat, crochet a long loop for the cowl, workat loop until it is about 6" deep. Then go back to the hat and crochet round the other half of the stitches and the rest of the cowl stitches, so the hat becomes sandwiched in the cowl, for an inch or two....

If that makes any sense it might help!
