I realised the hole also extended to the paper sack of bird seed inside, so I opened the box outside and not on the kitchen floor. 😡

[the ultimate pain in the bum - but I already have a physio appointment booked for Thu morning so she's emailed me some stretches to do in the meantime]

Furthermore, you know full well that the correct form needs to be completed and scanned into the system. It’s not just a trivial piece of beauracracy, it’s a regulatory requirement. Reported verbal confirmation is not acceptable.
