Doc says inflamed patella ligament, no impact or high resistance activities for 4-6 weeks :(

There's a high chance that next week's home game will be cancelled due to extreme frozenness (it's not due to to get above 0 and could dip to - 10° this week here) so I might not actually miss it.
I could still join the orange pain session tomorrow to pootle around gently and talk toot, as well.

We just have cold weather here no snow and if I go offroad the running is OK. This is good for the dog :-)

Judging by how badly I rode at the weekend I should probably be on the cross bike :-0
