Here’s an idea: how about instead of sending a PDF to fill in which I either have to print out, fill in by hand or, apparently, can fill in using my fucking phone which results in illegible writing which a 3 year old would be proud of, you either send a WORD document which we can type in or use a Google form or something similar? You’re teachers FFS, these things shouldn’t be so difficult and communicating to and from parents should not take hours of everyone’s time and extreme effort. The technology is there, people, use it!

Nope. Again you are in the wrong!
And why, when you openly acknowledge that you have lost much of your sense of smell, do you insist on arguing that things (like you and your belongings) don't pong really quite badly?
This has all been said, very subtly ... and the with the subtly of a falling house brick. (He recognises and agrees that he's lost his sense of smell but is absolutely adamant that he doesn't whiff ... because he can't smell himself )
