[We get the inversion of that in local news ~ they tell you what went on last weekend but rarely what's going on _next_ weekend or in the coming weeks *Grr* . No wonder there always seems to be small crowds and an apparent lack of interest from the general public *rolleyes* ]

You - pretty sure you wouldn't have offered the trick or treaters "candy" as you're not American, and any time we've had sweets in the office you've always referred to them as sweets not candy
You - FFS. You are a 53 year old woman. Stop acting like a teenager - it would be bad enough in any setting, but in the work place it's totally inappropriate.

[HB, bet you don’t throw hissy fits in the office though. Or tell people to shut up in the manner of a stroppy teen, and expect everyone to run around picking up after you and waiting on you hand and foot. (Sorry, not an issue with people still feeling/thinking young, but just a person who thinks the world revolves around them - and is incredibly loud with it and never shuts up)]

I absolutely did not think I was working from 11 today, only for the shift supervisor to call me halfway through my shopping to inform me that I was meant to be in at 9. I certainly wouldn't be stupid enough to go shopping in another town on a day with a reduced bus schedule.
