Dear Australian company which owns Homebase now,
I saw a few items in your store this afternoon which I might have bought, but there was no indication of the price of any of them (in fact they were all - about half a dozen different items - placed on shelves or next to, price tickets which were clearly describing something completely different. I *could* have got a sales assistant to check the prices for me but the place was like the Marie Celeste and no sales assistant could be spotted. I *could* have taken the said items to the customer services counter myself but they were heavy garden pots and frankly, why should I do the heavy lifting in this transaction?
I give your business 12 months tops before it folds, if it carries on like this.
[I could write this to them but I really cba if they cba to run a store properly.]

I'm making a new rule. People who have a history of not turning up for their appointments are no longer allowed to ask for telephone consultations. Especially if the message is, "Urgent, wants to be seen today, can't wait."
