Yet again you've not had to face the consequences of your bad decisions and someone else has bailed you out. I don't want you to suffer, but I fear that experiencing those consequences is the only way you will ever learn.

Tricky Linds I have such a nasty temper these days that consequences pop out before I can stop them. This is not a particularly good thing either

[I couldn't trust myself to say anything so said nothing, other than that she had given me a nasty fright. She fell asleep in the car anyhow...]

[Phew wobbling!]
[On behalf of my legs]
So we were kind cool about the planned 30k. Nervous but you promised we were trained up. We even behaved when there were loads of surprise bastarding hills and when you added 3k to reach the bus stop.
But making us play football for an hour, including against 2 players in Doc Martens is officially too much and we are ON STRIKE.

Do you know what? It really pisses me off that I'm expected to spend hundreds of pounds getting YOUR house professionally cleaned before I move out. And that I have to spend hours of my life coordinating it all. Why am I responsible for taking on all the cost and hassle of getting it ready for YOUR new tenants?

[ I wouldn't expect my tenant to get professionals in to clean my house before they leave, but in the contract they are supposed to leave it at least as clean and tidy as they got it or lose their deposit. My last tenant lost some of theirs for that very reason]

[We had an extra agreement that we would have our house cleaned when we rented but that was because the landlord allowed us to take our cat into a 'no pets' house.]
