Your email says to use your live chat function between 8-5, but the virtual chat bot just keeps telling me to phone you...

I will not have to cancel classes and let people down because I don't have transport. [feel like rubbish as I've got one class nearly full that's been quiet for months. I know it can't be helped, but gutted and can't think of any other solutions. Have even looked at hiring a car but it's really expensive.]
