It's only when you go on streetview you realise that it isn't. It's a public seating area That isn't worth 50k unless you live behind it and want to knock it down to improve your view

However, there are a number of beach huts and chalets getting planning permission in the general area, and this is house sized at 169m2. Also I think the land is on quite a short lease. It's being sold by the county council.
