Love that, Ally! Prime location too. I'd quite like a second viewing with all the triffids removed.

I thought triffids? Had another look and realise there are at least 100 vases of flowers on these photos!!! In various stages of decay. That is very bad fengshui 😂

Perfect if you're a remote worker.

Very remote worker that is.

I'd be whacking a solar array and a wind turbine in asap.

57.5 Days of Pain
Having lived in a two storey house in the comparative calm of Hoy (Orkney) I can tell you that it gets quite exciting when the wind gets above 70mph and you feel the pressure waves from your windows flexing.

Our successors had a window blown in completely.

And are you expected to invite the neighbours in when you watch a film?

When I was younger visiting the Western Isles I used to wonder why so many gable ends faced nice views. Then I worked out they’re best facing the prevailing wind.

Our previous next door neighbours (both remote workers) moved to Hoy. Because a farmhouse in the Yorkshire dales wasn't remote enough, clearly.

That looks tempting but the reality of living so far north and remote is holding me back.
