They've pulled the ad - may have been shame, may have been snapped up, who knows!

From a convenience perspective it is in the arse end of the arsehole of Dublin. It's pitched as a 12 minute walk to the tram line, from there its the guts of an hour to get to the city centre.

Would take me two hours in the car from Belfast!

I love that Dio's house find on page 1 so adequately illustrates the lack of correlation between wealth and taste. Although I am a wee bit jealous of the sumptuous gym/sauna/sexpond/infinity pool combination.

That is a crazy price for a hut. You could buy a substantial property across the road from the beach in Cleethorpes for £170k

If I had the money and had more time to spare, I'd quite happily have a little hut like that in the lakes.

Be brilliant for weekends away (I'm presuming that since it has a kitchen, it also has a loo) - just needs a shower and it'd be perfect.

Don't assume too much Fozzy - I don't think theres ppower or water supply. 'Kitchen' implies (like a caravan) you take your own water.

No works are to be undertaken on beach huts (excluding category 3 works on Mudeford Sandbank) without written permission from the council. Toilets, mains water and electricity are not provided in the huts but there are public toilets, showers and water standpipes provided on the beach.

It’s more like camping, with communal shower blocks and toilets, but many of the huts are rigged up with solar panels for electricity and there is a handy seasonal café and shop selling basic provisions.

You can test one out if you want .... coolplaces.co.uk

Too southern for my tastes ;-)

Many of those huts seem to have some form of water flow as they've got plumbed sinks and also electricity as they have fridges.

The cookers do all seem to be gas though.
