Quite a funny comment in the EPC with the sentence "Dwelling may be exposed to wind-driven rain" As a part-time "doer upper" of properties it is one of the first things I look at, but as I say maybe most wouldn't be that concerned? It looks a great property in a fantastic location, after all!

Looks to be up a dead end, so despite it being next to the road it shouldn't be too bad Its very handy for the end of a Joss Naylor challenge.... In fact it's v close to Joss' cottage Btw my shower is virtually identical to that one.
