Hamstrings for me today too, bit of ashtanga with Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Hand to big toe standing pose). I haven't tried the leg extension yet, working on maintaining balance in the folded leg / holding toe part. I'm not sure my arms are long enough to extend the leg either!

HP why not repeat one of the others - there is not reason to do the solo one if you don't find it comfortable? x

I did day 30 of breath today. I enjoyed it - slightly distracted at times - especially when the cat decided that catching lockdown plaits (resorted to as I knew I'ld be trying to sneak looks at the screen) was a great new game.
Its a nice slow flow with some juicy bits.
I agree though with others that if you don't want to do the non-vocal day 30, then that is fine.

Cats and yoga don't mix. Mine climbed on to my lap as I was doing malasana/asian squat. This was unhelpful.

Ouch becca, that's one of my least favourite poses at times. Supta virasana is another I rarely ever do...if I do it, I usually have a very anxious look on my face!

The cat is blind so has no idea what is going on. She has climbed on my back during puppy dog.
Malasana is tough but I do it quite often as I want it to be more comfortable. Supta virasana is a tough one for runners I think.

I like malasana - a position that i find i can get into easily and find very comfortable.
I like the look of supta virsana...might have a play around later...

Yes, it's tough on tight quads. I used to be able to do it years ago when I didn't run but only cycled and swam. Malasana is one I should work on.

I'm another malasana fan, but ouch supta virsana - I definitely need blocks (blocks, cushions, crane) for that. For me that is definitely a pose which needs practise.
Love the idea (but would find it unhelpful) of cat assisted puppy pose.

Supta virasana is one I can do but very gradually, I'm glad if I can stay in it longer than it takes me to get into it. Cat assisted puppy dog is not recommended - the claws dug into my back.
