MK5000 have it right, strong clear communication in advance, and just following the rules as they are intended.

I managed to buy a pair of Zoom Flyknit Fly where the bloke brought who normally wears Adizero tried for 20 miles didn’t like put in cupboard for 2 years now sold for £25 !! Also a pair of 4% for 60 where a guy who used to be on here used for a 10k

I've ordered some dragonfly spikes. Being a big size meant only my size was in stock. I'm still thinking I'll be sticking with my normal spikes for this season (would be nice to PB at all the distances I do in normal spikes) but I want to know what they feel like and unless they feel really odd I think it's pretty much inevitable I'll be wearing them in the future. Certainly in the top seeded races in track meetings, they are more and more visible.

Gobi - I believe your last track race was in some different Nikes? Have you trained in them yet?
I probably do enough racing to do some races in normal vs DFs over a season. In fact there's likely an ideal opportunity to do that this season over 1500 with one on 11 Aug and then another at the track league on 15 Aug. Should have a good field in the 11 Aug one so the ideal way round is standard on 11 Aug, DFs for league.
5000 is the one where I'd be conflicted atm as there's likely only one more attempt at that this season.

What do triathletes use mostly? Are there carbon-plate type tri shoes? There is no way I could get into my Next% quickly enough for it to pay off and I thought they might rip apart with lock laces.
