I haven’t worn them yet gus but I got them from sportshoes. I also need them for dorney marathon on the 3rd so getting new ones on the 25th would be too late really

An ankle injury from Dec 2019 has meant I'm wearing out the outside portion of my left shoes (especially at the heel) while my right shoe shows little to no wear. Pebax definitely isn't happy with the treatment it currently gets. Hopefully it's not a permanent thing as the ankle still isn't 100% otherwise I'm going to have to keep my racing shoes for only racing and track training for them to last a while.

How comparable are the 4% and next%? If I do some training in the 4% will that help me when I put the next% on race day or do I need to do some miles in the next% first?

They are all but the same. Next% inspire slightly more confidence underfoot.

I don't find any significant difference in ride between them Chris. If you'd have been comfy to race in 4% then I think you're fine to wear next% instead (as long as you've got a few miles in to just test them out).

That’s music to my ears guys, didn’t want to put too many miles on race day shoes

Looks as though Chris Thompson's fantastic (and emotional) run today was in Vaporflys painted black. He's sponsored by On Cloud but they don't have a carbon plate shoe Photos: athleticsweekly.com twitter.com |

I guess it's A Thing if your sponsor doesn't have a competitive shoe

Yeah, he thanked his sponsor for the understanding after one race in 2019 IIRC. There were a few doing it back then
