Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Jda - I misnamed them, called high catch pogos in the book.

https://youtu.be/FXkERsMhHAY
is the best I could find.

Progression is to up on two catch on one but TBH I think that's harder than just doing it on one leg as a progression which is what I've been doing.

I think the only legal way you can copy excerpts of book is if you are reviewing it - make sure you say something in here along lines of "thanks for excerpts larks, a very interesting book that I may consider buying" and you might have some defence in law (and Fetch might!)

I appear to have signed up for a run starting at 5.45 on Sunday so that we can see the sun rise at -4C, 1500ft up in the Ochil hills. Fun this running lark, innit?! :-) G

Lol at my Garmin which told me after today’s run that my current training status is ‘peaking’ and I am in ideal race condition. Shame that I have peaked 18 weeks too early...

Probably perfect TBH, 18 weeks is enough time to achieve another peak.

Intrigued as to how Garmin knows you're peaking though. Peaking to me is different from being in better shape than previously.
