Lol, good to know. After my first post I went and stubbed my bloody toe. Feels and looks like a bad sprain and haven't ran since Monday. Seeing physio tomorrow just to make sure I can start running again next week. I'm often prone to these dumb injuries...

Out of frustration (and love of our local countryside) I ran 100+ miles per week for 12 weeks of lockdown. Strangely no injuries. And no faster it has to be said. Mrs Bob has pulled the plug on the running every morning but it was probably time to move on. I'm organising our mini training group which is fun with a few reps in the park and anywhere else that I can find. |

Saw your 17 milers most days Bobby lovely. All good here. Ticking over. Can run at a good pace but need the handrail down the stairs. Fibromyalgia is bloody difficult. |

Back in lockdown here, and back on a (probably fruitless) marathon training plan. I had three weeks off running due to a DVT at the end of May, so still trying to rediscover speed. Lots of time on the turbo-trainer to try and keep some cardio fitness. Can't wait to race again, but can't motivate myself to do any of these virtual thingies in the meantime
