Nothing to see here. Am trying not to count right now although a little glow is appearing in my training log

Enjoying lower miles and no pressure plus as I explore swimming more I find a run to warm up pre swim is just the ticket!

Great to see this thread buzzing away!

Day 352 after a lovely sunny 6 miles within 12 hours of the last run. Legs are feeling it now.

Nicely done TBR! I had an easy 90mins in beautiful but freezing conditions for day 341. I've resisted inflicting the view of me in tights on the world so far this winter, but it be getting close!

Easy 8 miles in the dry but overcast day...shortly after I got back, the sun came out! Day 252 for me.
