Now we're cooking on gas. Or whatever one burns in a firepit.
The Runner's Arms is more a barter economy, Gimme. So a cabbage or something is fine.
No-one notices travel to Barnard Castle, not even Covid. So we're all safe here.
Going to need a new unofficial bar wench however as I'm much more sturdy landlady who goes to bed at 10pm material these days. We might have to open for nursing a pint through an afternoon kind of drinking instead 🤔
