Nice to see another one take back control of their life :-)

Interesting day yesterday with more details from our new senior manager and his sidekick. They have some grand plans and big changes and for some people these could be exciting times, albeit the legacy issues dont go away for some time

I do wonder if my role and similar will exist going forward, but what isnt clear is how quickly this will happen and what the new world will look like

Is there a chance the 'package' could come your way Bazza? Tricky one to know if to hang about if it could be on the cards! I have seen it in my place, people hang around and sometimes works for them, others hang on and it never comes!!

@Bazoaxe - Its the magic 70% in my place!! Had a colleague recently be asked to move to a new role they matched him, he politely asked to see the workings of the match (was told off record there isnt any) and 2 weeks later HR came back to say following review his role is displaced! He wanted out after 36 years and was delighted!
