I still enjoy getting a monthly payment, comes with a payslip and everything for going no work! Never tire of it, especially when I remember all the years of slog for a much smaller sum. Enjoy Fizz! |

I had my annual appraisal yesterday. Very glowing feedback and I hit him with the grade increase… I put ALL the evidence of my work in the comments and when he added his comments and I have a final sign off I documented the request formally! Even if they come back with a decent pay rise it will be something but let’s see. If plan A goes ahead this time next year my notice will be being written! (Not issued until February) |
