@Bazoaxe I think you should resign. Perhaps sign up with an agency, they'll know the market and can do all the legwork and perhaps find you some temporary and/or part-time work. |

Very sad about your mum 3M, hope you are ok. I occasionally find myself looking at jobs, then remember all the flexibility and conditions I'd need now, which would make me a dreadful employee 🤠|
