NE I've never heard that in connection with the Tranter's either, Rigby is the one I associate with one-night, no recces.

And when you think about it Finlay would have hardly been in a position to claim the Tranter's record earlier in the summer if that were the case?

My mind is slightly blown by Donnie’s achievement. I kept thinking ‘Jesus how did Donnie do that’ whilst I hauled my arse up Sgor Gaoith on Sunday. Mind you as I sat up there, with a cup of tea just soaking in the views, I thought about how much you would miss doing that challenge. No time to take in the views, no chance to chat to other walkers. I think I’d miss that.

No time to chat to other walkers? I’ve done eight Corbetts in the last few months & met one😀

8 hrs down to 6, that’s a mauling.
