15 mins done tonight with extra effort! Anita Bean week 1 minus side planks plus pelvic stability Pilates exercises.
Wouldn't have done it without this thread -- didn't get a chance until gone 10pm -- so thanks TT & my pestering partner Jerboa

My PT session this morning involved hitting a tyre with a sledgehammer. I think that counts as core work. It was certainly hard core There were lots of pressups too.

Quite pleased with my 40% non running time!
