15 mins done tonight with extra effort! Anita Bean week 1 minus side planks plus pelvic stability Pilates exercises.

Wouldn't have done it without this thread -- didn't get a chance until gone 10pm -- so thanks TT & my pestering partner Jerboa :-)

My PT session this morning involved hitting a tyre with a sledgehammer. I think that counts as core work. It was certainly hard core :-) There were lots of pressups too.

Total Swim - - 76 - - 27:44:18 - - 6.90%
Total Bike - - 96 - - 52:50:43 - - 13.10%
Total Cross - - 103 - - 80:46:32 - - 20%

Quite pleased with my 40% non running time!

For this thread - not sure what proportion of that Cross Train is Core... :-)G
