it seems to be getting easier, except when my dog decided to come and stand over me and lie right up against me near the end, I think all my heavy breathing was worrying her :-)

Anita Bean's fab abs level 1 defeated me - I cannot do a side plank!! The rest is a good addition to my usual short Pilates routine.
