Right I'm back on it. Mixing Anita Bean workouts with Mark Lauren workouts. I WILL have a six pack by end of July, so is as much about the sensible eating as the core work...

I do a power walking session every week wearing a 6kg/14lb pack! Works my core, and strengthens legs in preparation for 100 miler where I will be doing a fair amount of walking!

Nice! I've been doing situps and that is about it. Pushups are out as I seem to have something resembling tennis elbow.:(. Hubby has lent me his elbow support...turns out he's had a similar pain in the past.

My press-up challenge has fallen apart on day 1 because I have weak wrists and I can barely support myself for a dozen reps. Any advice on how to build strong wrists?
And I know it's me talking, but nothing smutty.
