New core class at our gym, which I did last week, followed by bodypump. 2 bodypumps a week, 1 pilates, if I add in that core or just 50 situps to each bodypump then that is my lot for the week. And swimming. And 50 miles running. So, what proportion of your weekly training does core represent, for the good people of this thread? For June it was about 20% for me - 10:50 core (bodypump, my own gym, pilates etc.), 5hrs bike, 2:30 hrs swim and just under 33 hours running, making 51:18 total. I think 20% feels about right? :-)G |

Slackers...! Actually, I'm going for a massage tonight instead of 30 min core class + 1 hr bodypump which is normal Thursday. But I *will* do core on Sat in gym for def! :-)G

Ok have added the following standing core exercises link in the header and done 10 m inutes myself this morning, got to start again somewhere. Am going to kick start this thread in order to get myself remotivated, Lil expect a challenge to wing itself your way sometime today
