While drag this thread up again? I was oblivious that I have attempted this many times before and then fallen off of the wagon.

Maybe I will start again after Christmas and complete it before my summer holiday. ;)

The press ups and pull up routines work well together daviec. I would just suggest doing them on alternate days. I've been doing the android phone ones where you pick a target for each. Currently set to 25 pull ups and 75 press ups.

Managed to do 20 pull ups and 60 press ups up to now but still working at it.

Like Andy, I was following the/an Android App program until I found a lame excuse to stop and forget to re-start. ;)

Currently finishing off week 5 - managed to get to 100 last summer but didn't know what to do afterwards and subsequently fell back. Started back at Week 3 and so far so good.
Think I'll try to build up to 150 if I manage it this time.

Hit 100 on Monday afternoon - quite a struggle so I'm repeating Week 6 again - it's so much tougher than Week 5!!

Well done Atd. That's brilliant. Most I've managed is 60. I've had a bit of a rest since my marathon on Sunday but will be back on it now. I'll try the apple app one this time instead of the android one.

Oddly enough I started trying this a couple of weeks ago. Twenty years ago when I was doing 3-4 sessions of Judo a week I used to knock out hundreds of press ups every night, my first attempt two weeks ago I struggled to do 17 good ones but it's coming along nicely now.
