I ran the route from Queensferry to Chester today

The big hill is Moel Famau, highest point of the Clwydian Range

When I arrived in Chester earlier I pitched the tent in Grosvenor Park as Jayfire was working.

He’s now joined me and we’re off out round the pubs.

Oh how nice it must be to have nothing to do all day every day but go out running, unfortunately I'm not one of those and didn't manage too much today and have been left in the midst of a cone invasion as they march through the streets in two ranks 😟
