1.9 miles to my third castle. So tempting but I really shouldn't. Dog walk was only five miles but ludicrously hard work up, up, up, down, down, down on the clifftops and glens.

Those staircases cut into the steep bits aren't made for little short legs!

But actually - we took our time. Stayed here (first few pics), early morning runs, then looked round the castle.

That was in 2015 ... and then we go up the river, to Tintern, so I may have a few more pics hereabouts.

3 castles, 2 checkpoints done ... expecting a badge in about 10 mins
