You can get such small, compact emergency stuff now it’s easy enough to carry. I have a tiny emergency bag in my kit as well.

If anyone goes to Chopwell for a play then nipping down to the pump track is worth it. Really well built thing it is. Immensely fun and utterly knackering.

Gateshead way. Fairly near Hamsterley. Has one marked route but lots of off piste. Deffo worth doing if one is in the area.

I’ve been at Coed y Brenin againfor the weekend. Dragon’s back yesterday followed by The Beast today.
Tomorrow I’m thinking of riding Penmachno as I’ve never been there before. Does anyone have any insight?

Some nice "wild" riding to.link it to become a nice circular rout there. I did my MTB leader course up there.
