Nothing, other than the road bike. Shop did offer for me to keep my bike till the new one turns up but knowing my luck something would have happened to it so thought better to let them have it there and then

Not to bad cath, miles of quiet country roads around me. On the plus side the new bike will be heading out to Spain at the start of February

Interesting out there tonight. Sheet ice, uncompacted snow, mud, frozen mud, leaves, roots and tarmac. And lots of mincing in case I'd got it wrong.

Just ice here in non-snowy Devon this morning - plenty of mincing here too, although my crosser seemed up to the challenge.
