In a rush to get to work! @Wabo : yes, did run two days in a row but just kept it to ten minutes, despite feeling good(ish). Rome wasn't built in a day. Go well on Friday; will be quite a few months before I pay Hyde Park a return visit. And I thought you knew better than to train for a marathon! @Velociraptor : take it easy; very much cotton wool time!
