good evening! hope everybody is safe from the weather and tucked up cosily somewhere inside. I am! The lightest touch of powder sugar snow this morning on the bike commute, so we apparently still have some winter thing.

What: 3.12mile run
Why: seemed like a good idea to try if I can still run
Last hard: Sunday
Last rest: no bike on Mon and Tue either.

Feeling pretty good!
