Despite getting an early start, and getting about 10 young sunflowers planted out at the allotment, they're really not doing very well. Hanging on rather than thriving. None are much more than 12 to 14 inches tall. Broad beans though, we're at peak broad bean. I've very very nearly eaten enough of them now.
