I'll post my pics later. I had two areas of the garden for the sunflowers. I say *had* because the two I planted by the fence have been completely eaten by slugs. The ones by the house aren't very tall but have got strength in numbers. They're about to flower and it'll be a bit of a sunflower jungle when they do...

My tallest is 1.61m now (5' 3"). There's another in the same pot which is 1.25m and a self-sown one in a sunny border at 1.45m. Flower heads just beginning to form.

Getting them planted outside seems to be the key. They don't appear to like being pot bound. Got 3 looking good and one playing catchup. Hopefully still there for a picture next week
