Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Raffo says 5 miles is his limit. I keep telling him speed isn't important, it's not a race etc etc but as a sprinter like me he's not that well acquainted (or suited to) the long slow run idea. He had a fit of the vapours when I suggested the 'short' version from the National Theatre.

Put me in mind of Tony Hancock in The Blood Donor. 'From the National Theatre? That's very nearly a marathon!'

Personally I will be walking a v short distance. I may take in a bridge or two.

I think the start and end are the crucial bits, so would suggest he starts at Nat Theatre and does bus or tube after 5 miles. I would say stick w me but I am WAY too slow for him.

@ChrisHB We could start at 11:00 at waterloo/national theatre with the runners, walk a bit and then get public transport to the pub?
