old mum Sep 2019 5:21pm, 29 Sep 2019 1,064 posts	0 old mum How did everyone do today? Sorry folks (and prepare for a bit of TMI) spent all day yesterday spewing all kind of coloured nasties! I think Satan himself might have been involved in how far down it came from! Anyway rested and rehydrated now (though I spent all day yesterday in bed and got up today around 1pm!) but feeling much better, so I'm going to take the dogs for a wee beach run date tomorrow. Maybe just a mile or so to test things, then run with dogs and my boy(s) on Wednesday. My truly heartfelt thanks to everyone today. I can't believe how many came on to this. Same again next week? (Obviously without the technicolour vomming from me!).

Following on from a sponsored horse ride and heavy rain, the course was a tad challenging, with very slippery slopes and in places calf deep mud. I loved it though 😀
