Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi @Meglet

@ElspethF have you had a fall? Hope you're ok
@HazelnutCH enjoy the long run
What half mile walk, mile run , repeat and finish with half mile walk
Why slowly slowly
Last hard yesterday
Last rest 28 12 22

Still coughing still tired but yesterday started antibiotics so hopefully they help

Our run was suitably slow and pathetic, but in a nice relaxed way. Yet, we managed to run the hills! Lovely morning in the woods with girly friends for a change.

Not my words and certainly no need to avoid people (I can cope with the flak!😉)

Looking forward to hearing more @Velociraptor ! Well done in the meantime!

Careful @Wabo .

My long run was a tough one today, had to revert to run-walk as bits of me hurt and I didn't want to phone home and beg a lift. Got back okay though.
