Love the dry delivery RHB. Nothing given on how you feel about it..
Think that’s a great effort though - it looked warm and lots of folk seemed to crumble far worse than a couple of minutes!

I'm in the pub, some analysis to follow at some point. I am happy despite missing stretch goal in is a pb. Feeling reflective and already planning the marginal gains to make 2h57ish stick in the (nearish) future.

That’s a strong run today, and it’ll feel all the sweeter when you do get that Sub 3 RHB. It’s definitely a case of ‘when’ rather than ‘if’!
