Sioux- I will probably have to get off at the end as my dog will be home alone. I will come and say hello if you are still at the track when I finish but you will probably be long gone. (I am supposed to be on a diet anyway!)
I have just been sent a pic of the tech t shirt. It's great! I would put it on the gallery but my new phone is rubbish  You will have to wait and see

Looking forward to this now, other than chester mara and some parkruns this will be my first race since 4 villages in Jan (I was injured for 3 months). Got a xmas do on Friday but will hopefully have just about recovered by Sunday morning Hopefully see some familiiar faces on Sunday

Sod it, going to give this a go, bad knee or not. I was unlikely to pb anyway, as my 10 mile pb was set at the pancake-flat Sale 10, but I am still hopeful of beating my time from Stockport last year.
Morticia - what colour's the shirt? As much as I love the one from last year, I never quite understood the rationale of a winter training top that was almost entirely black

BVR - *begging* serioualy, has your clubmate not seen the weather recently....... Having said that, i' not giving up my place, this is a massive race for me, the one that kicked it all off for me last yr. Chasing a massive pb but like pato I have works night out tomorrow. Need to be good, hmmm....

sprouty 76- This year you will hopefully be pleased with hi-vis yellow which is somewhat more practical for winter training

Thanks Morticia! Either way it'll be nice to have more than one decent long-sleeved top, and this one certainly sounds a bit more visible.
