Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I was looking at the website yesterday and you collect numbers on the day sioUx. I'm very excited about this race, I'm not sure why :-)

Lol. There will be flapjack I promise.

I'm just back from a painfully slow tough 10 so hope things go better on Sunday.

mmm flapjack

Hopefully my legs will have recovered Sunday. Went for a gentle 10 mile run last night and got horrendoulsy lost down some dark lanes, ended up doing 15 miles instead. Think I've gone lame. Even worse was when i uploaded it I saw that I'd run round in a big circle halfway through without realising it

muppet by name..

Ooooooooh if you have any left over for occasional Fetchies I will be the one bringing up the rear harrasing the last runner :) If in doubt, please offer flapjack to any women you see with short purple hair- there can't be many of us ;)
I think I am going to knit a cover for a wooden spoon for last finisher. I will tinsel it up and make it all festive. I have bought a present for them as well. It is the 'Born to run' book. I also got them a small bag of chocolate brownies and some jelly beans and some chocolates. The last 3 might be consumed by me before Sunday, but the book will survive at least :)

And Manc Girl, I think I have told you before YOU ARE TOO FAST TO BE LAST!!!!!
