Start Something in September, 2021 edition

My friend and seaside coach, Steve, was adamant that having a week off after my Southern Athletics League final meet on Sat 11th, DOESN'T COUNT. Doesn't count cos I did a session yesterday. Well I say it does count. I didn't do other stuff instead. Harumph! Anyway no track this week. I mean BOO HOO, as theweather looks quite good all this week. Would rather have track holiday in January.
